BeatEarn Africa is a platform that enables creators to earn revenue through the use of licensed music in YouTube (especially Shorts) and other supported digital content platforms.

By accessing or using our platform, website, services, music catalog, creator dashboard, or related tools, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.

  • Creator onboarding and earnings management.
  • Music usage tracking and reporting.
  • Content monetization through YouTube and related systems.

Creator earnings depend on multiple factors including:

  • Views
  • Audience location
  • Advertiser demand
  • Monetized traffic
  • Platform policies
  • Copyright validation
  • Invalid traffic filtering

  • Avoid copyright infringement.

  • Negotiated agreements
  • Partnership tier
  • Promotional campaigns

BeatEarn Africa reserves the right to modify revenue-sharing structures without prior notice.

6. Revenue Verification & Payment Delay

Creators acknowledge and agree that:

  • Earnings shown on dashboards may be estimates only.
  • Revenue is subject to YouTube Content verification and reconciliation processes.

This delay exists because platforms and distribution partners must validate:

BeatEarn Africa will only release earnings after funds are officially received and verified from distribution/content partners.

Creators may request withdrawals only after earnings become available for payout.

BeatEarn Africa reserves the right to:

  • Review payout requests for fraud or compliance.
  • Delay or reject suspicious payout requests.
  • Hold earnings during disputes or investigations.

Payout methods may include:

Creators receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved music within authorized content.

No ownership rights are transferred to creators.

9. Content ID & Copyright Claims

BeatEarn Africa may use:

  • YouTube Content Identity (ID)
  • Distribution systems
  • Digital rights management systems

to identify and monetize content using licensed music.
